The kalathos are splayed and entirely sculpted with a continuous line of high-relief vine shoots and grapes, which as a symbol of well-being, fertility and benediction in the Christian faith, denote the church origins of the two sculptures.

The two capitals are crowned by an octagonal abacus.

Excellent state of conservation.
